Coffey Hall
The University of Minnesota’s College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences refreshed its administrative offices within historic Coffey Hall to create a brighter, more open environment. The renovation brings more natural light into the workspace while adding a welcoming student commons for studying and collaboration. Updated corridor seating, signage, and artwork bring the spaces together while complementing the character of the historic building.

Business Innovation Center
The St. Croix Valley Business Innovation Center was created in partnership with the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and other community organizations. The space extends opportunities for learning, collaboration, and entrepreneurship beyond campus. Flexible offices, coworking areas, conference rooms, and gathering spaces give students, entrepreneurs, and local businesses places to connect, share ideas, and grow.
Tate Hall
The renovation of John T. Tate Hall at the University of Minnesota transformed the historic building into a bright, flexible environment for science education. Modern classrooms, laboratories, offices, and informal learning areas support different ways to study, teach, and collaborate. A new central atrium brings natural light into the heart of the building, while student-focused spaces throughout encourage connection and a stronger sense of community.
Athlete's Village
The University of Minnesota’s Athletes Village was designed to support student-athletes beyond the field. Comfortable lounge furniture creates inviting places to study, recharge, and connect, while branded seating brings Gopher pride into the everyday experience. A thoughtful mix of furniture throughout the academic and shared spaces adds warmth, flexibility, and function to this high-performance environment.
