Explore environments designed to serve communities, foster connection, and support the people who keep them moving.

St. Paul Fire Station No. 7

Designed around the needs of first responders, the new station creates purposeful spaces for connection, collaboration, and recovery. Communal dining encourages shared meals, a dedicated training room supports daily meetings, and comfortable lounge areas provide a place to recharge between calls.

Baldwin EMS

As Baldwin Area EMS outgrew its previous facility, the team needed more privacy, greater dining and sleeping capacity, and space to gather as a group. The new environment supports their growing team with smart workspaces, ample storage, and dedicated areas that help staff stay organized and work more efficiently.

EMS Director Tom Boyer says, “This building is more modern, laid out better and more efficient for EMS. People can do what they need to do and not be tripping over someone. All of the staff approve of the new building.”

Hutchinson Police Department

The new police station provides a modern, functional environment designed to support the day-to-day needs of administration, investigations, and patrol officers. Workstations, private offices, conference spaces, and a team room create a thoughtful balance of focused work and collaboration throughout the facility.

Duluth Vet Center

The Duluth Vet Center provides counseling, group sessions, and community programs for Veterans, service members, and their families. Flexible, durable spaces accommodate a variety of activities, while soothing colors, updated finishes, and modern patterns create a comfortable and welcoming environment designed to foster connection and support.
