Located in Saint Paul’s Union Park neighborhood, Harper Apartments refreshed its first-floor amenities to create a more inviting experience for residents and the surrounding community. Updated lounge and gathering spaces blend the neighborhood’s historic charm with modern details, while a new coworking space, flex offices, and conference room provide flexible options for working from home.
