We received the honor of top 10 Best Places to Work in our category with a score of 96.5!
More than 400 people joined the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal on Thursday to celebrate its 27th annual Best Places to Work.
"The awards event was held the first day of the Minnesota State Fair at the Horton Pavilions at Heffron Park near the Grandstand. Our 2025 honorees enjoyed lawn games, fair food and beverages, and networking with fellow honorees. Mintahoe Catering & Events served up more than 3,500 cheese curds, 1,900 mini-donuts and 320 corn dogs.
State Fair CEO Renee Alexander gave a brief welcome before MSPBJ Publisher Whitney-Lehr Koening announced the honorees' rank in each company size category."
"First-time Best Places to Work honoree Prevolv offers its team members a generous PTO program that increases one day for each year of service with the unused balance rolling forward; 10 paid holidays, including the employee's birthday; and a 401(k) plan, which the company contributes 3% of the employee's salary.

Of our employees who were not working remotely prior to March 2020, we are currently in the office: Three to four days per week
An employee benefit, amenity or company policy we've launched in the past 12 months: We recently added to our flexible work schedule program allowing all employees to work at home on Friday mornings and have Friday afternoons off, since we end the work week at noon.
How we celebrate success: We acknowledge individual and team accomplishments at our monthly company lunch meetings. On each employee's work anniversary and birthday, we all get together for a company celebration and provide the employee's choice of treats.
How our leadership motivates the team when challenges arise: Our three-person management team leads by example, and when challenges arise, we get the entire team together to discuss it and determine the best way to move forward. This eliminates the need for motivation, since the team was involved from the beginning in determining and implementing the solution to the challenge."
