"Today, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reveals its first round of 2025 Best Places to Work honorees.
This is the 27th year of our annual awards project recognizing the companies that place a premium on workplace culture and employee engagement. It's the longest-running such awards project in the Twin Cities.
We are honoring 70 companies this year across five size categories.
To determine these honorees, we worked with our long-time partner, Omaha-based Quantum Workplace, which conducted an extensive survey of thousands of Twin Cities employees to see how it rated their employers on a variety of metrics, including communication, leadership and more. Quantum then tabulated those results to identify 20 high-scoring honorees in our extra small company category (10 to 24 Minnesota employees), 15 honorees in our small category (25 to 49 Minnesota employees), 15 in our medium category (50 to 99 Minnesota employees), 15 in our large category (100 to 499 Minnesota employees), and five in our extra large category (500 and more Minnesota employees).
Throughout the week, we'll reveal the names of all of our 2025 honorees, starting today with our extra small company category. We'll be announcing them in alphabetical order this week, but they will be ranked by their employee survey score in our Aug. 22 Best Places to Work special publication.
Honorees in our extra small (10-24 Minnesota employees) category, in alphabetical order, are:
